O Lord, help me to serve as an inspiration
to all those in our parish catechetical ministry.
You have called me to provide guidance and
support for this faith community.
Give me the courage to recognize my own need
to learn new things even as I motivate
those in my care to do so.
Challenge me to treat everyone fairly and justly
showing neither favoritism nor disrespect to anyone.
Direct my leaderships to be one of evangelization
within this faith community, and even beyond.
May our whole faith community grow
in love for you and for each other.
